Starting with a childhood fascination with animals and science, she has spent years working with wildlife and domestic animals in multiple settings, such as Oakland Zoo and Marin Humane.
Laura has experience handling and caring for several household species, including reptiles, avians, amphibians, rodents, cats and dogs.
With multiple years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant she can assist with at-home care for those with senior or special needs pets.
Currently she is working on becoming an IAABC certified cat behaviorist. Though she enjoys working with all sorts of animals, cats are her true passion.
Laura is currently working as an Adoption Specialist and Cat Behaviorist at Pet’s Lifeline, so consultation hours are limited. Please fill out a contact form if you have questions.
